BOOKING POLICY

Please Review

When booking an appointment, a debit or credit card is required to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged for any services, it is only a no-show protection.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please Review

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment, cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled appointment incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service. Cancellation notices less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of the service.

 

There is a 10 minute grace period. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you are considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the total cost of the service.

 

If for some reason your card is declined when processing the cancellation fee, an invoice will be sent to your email with the amount due. Until the invoice is completed, you will be unable to book any future appointments. 

STUDIO POLICY

Please Review

All clients must book online. No walk-ins. No outside food or drinks allowed inside the shop. Children and babies are not allowed inside the shop. There is a waiting area where you can sit and wait until the room is ready for you. Because the space is shared with other professionals, please be mindful of your noise level inside.
